Kolibri, through its wholly owned subsidiary Kolibri Energy US Inc., holds oil and gas rights to approximately 17,100 contiguous acres in the Tishomingo Field, focused on the Caney and Upper Sycamore formations. The acreage is strategically located in the Ardmore Basin, part of the renowned SCOOP region in southern Oklahoma.

The company is actively developing the field, operating 31 horizontal Caney Shale Oil wells. These wells contribute to Kolibri’s growing production and reserves in this resource-rich area. This property provides stable production and large proven reserves for low risk development.
